服务工作是图书馆发展的核心,是图书馆工作的主题。从换位思考、以人为本、网络利用等角度就如何做好图书馆服务工作进行了探讨和研究。
Service work, which is the core of library development, is the theme of library work. This paper probes into and researches how to do well the library work from the angles of transposition thinking, people -based concept, and network utilization, etc.
