听觉分散和视听联合分散对人工流产术中疼痛的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究听觉分散和视听联合分散对人工流产术中疼痛的影响。方法将180例人工流产患者随机分为3组,每组60例。视听分散组手术前30 min开始及术中给患者观看DVD光盘并佩戴耳机听声音;听觉分散组手术前30 min开始及术中给患者听CD音乐;对照组手术时不看DVD光盘也不听音乐。视听分散组根据患者观看DVD光盘的专注程度分为高、中、低3个亚组,分别比较3大组间和3个亚组间手术中疼痛的差异及心率、收缩压的变化。结果听觉分散组和视听分散组的疼痛评分较对照组低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),高专注组心率与收缩压变化与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);中专注组与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论听觉分散和视听分散能缓解人工流产疼痛,但无显著影响;视听专注度的提高能有效缓解疼痛。
