摘要
为实现涡轮叶片叶身外型截面线的二维工程制图快速生成,结合涡轮叶片的结构特点,在生成工程图之前先对截面线进行特征提取。以某型涡轮叶片为具体实例介绍了数据导入生成的外型截面线的特征参数提取、工程图的生成及表格尺寸的自动标注过程,详细阐述了对任意叶身高度的外型截面线的特征参数提取方法。
To realize the drafting of the turbine blade body profile cross section line rapidly, with turbine blade structure characteristic being united, the characteristic of cross section line should be abstracted before generating the drafting. Taking some type of the turbine blade as the concrete example, the process of abstracting character- istic, drafting generating and automatic table dimensioning of the data leading-in generated exterior cross section line are introduced. The method of abstracting characteristic of exterior cross section of arbitrarily altitude of turbine blade is expounded in detail.
