低温低浊期中置式高密度沉淀池的调试 被引量:8

Commissioning of Intermediate High-density Sedimentation Tank during Low Temperature and Low Turbidity Period

摘要 针对低温低浊期中置式高密度沉淀池出水浊度偏高的问题,胜利油田民丰水厂首先对助凝剂PAM自动投加装置进行了改进和正确标定,然后进行了生产性调试。结果表明,增大污泥回流比和PAM投量可明显提高回流污泥浓度、改善混凝效果;在低温低浊期,絮凝搅拌转速不宜太大。中置式高密度沉淀池的最佳运行参数:絮凝剂聚合硫酸铁投量为40mg/L,助凝剂PAM投量为0.2~0.25mg/L,污泥回流比为4%,絮凝池搅拌转速为10r/min。通过调试,最终使沉淀池出水浊度控制在1.5NTU以下。 Aimed at the high turbidity in the effluent from the intermediate high-density sedimentation tank during low temperature and low turbidity period, the PAM dosing equipment was improved and calibrated correctly, and a productive commissioning test was carried out in Minfeng Water Plant in Shengli Oil Field. It is found that increasing sludge recycle ratio and PAM dosage can significantly increase the recycle sludge concentration and improve coagulation effect. During the period of low temperature and low turbidity, the stirring speed in flocculation tank should be smaller. The optimal operation parameters of the intermediate high-density sedimentation tank are as follows: the dosage of PFS is 40 mg/L, the dosage of PAM is 0.2 to 0.25 rag/L, the sludge recycle ratio is 4%, and the stirring speed in flocculation tank is 10 r/min. The effluent turbidity can be controlled at less than 1.5 NTU through the commissioning.
