摘要
目的 研究HLA-G、IL-10在卵巢癌中的表达,并探讨两者的关系及与卵巢癌的关系.方法 采用免疫组化技术检测30例不同临床分期的卵巢癌组织(其中Ⅰ~Ⅱ期15例,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期15例)和20例正常卵巢组织中HLA-G、IL-10的表达情况.结果 30例卵巢癌组织中检测到HLA-G抗原表达侣例(Ⅰ~Ⅱ期8例,表达强度评分集中于2~3分;Ⅲ~Ⅳ期10例,表达强度评分集中于3~5分),检测到IL-10表达21例(Ⅰ~Ⅱ期8例,表达强度评分集中于2~3分;Ⅲ~Ⅳ期13例,表达强度评分集中于4~5分).20例正常卵巢组织无一例表达HLA-G,4例表达IL-10、HLA-G、IL-10在卵巢癌组织中的表达显著高于正常卵巢组织(P〈0.01),且与临床分期有关;HLA-G、IL-10在卵巢癌组织中的表达呈正相关.结论 HLA-G、IL-10可能共同参与了卵巢癌的发生、发展,对判断卵巢癌的临床分期有一定价值.
Objective To investigate the expression of HLA-G and IL-10 in human ovarian cancer. Methods Using immunohischemistry (S-P or SABC) to detect the expression of HLA-G and IL-10 in 30 cases of primary epithelial ovarian cancer with different clinical stage ( 15 cases of stage Ⅰ~Ⅱ and 15 stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ)and 20 cases of normal ovarian tissue. Results The positive rates of HLA-G and IL-10 expression in ovarian cancer were 60.0% (18/30) and 70.0% (21/30) respectively, while in control group, the rates were 0.0 % (0/20) and 20.0% (4/20) respectively (P〈0.01). The positive expression rates were correlated clinical stages of the cancer; and HLA-G expression was positively correlated with IL-10 in ovarian cancer group, Conclusion HLA-G and IL-10 may be involved in the development of ovarian cancer, and can be used to evaluate the clinical stage in ovarian carcinoma.
