摘要
目的 探讨cyclin D1和P27蛋白在正常卵巢、卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达及意义.方法 采用SP法分别检测20例正常卵巢组织、30例良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤和35例上皮性卵巢癌中Cyclin D1和P27蛋白的表达形式.结果 Cyclin D1阳性表达率在上皮性卵巢癌中最高,在正常卵巢组织中最低;P27蛋白阳性表达率则相反.Cyclin D1蛋白、P27蛋白在恶性、良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤的阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而在良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤及正常卵巢组织中差异均无统计学意义(均P〉0.05).在上皮性卵巢癌中Cyclin D1蛋白、P27蛋白表达呈负相关(r=-0.392,P〈0.05).结论 Cyclin D1蛋白的过表达及P27蛋白的缺失可能与上皮性卵巢癌的发生有关.
Objective To investigate the expressions of cyclin D1 and P27 in epithelial ovarian tumor and its significance. Methods The expressions of cyclin D1 and P27 were detected in specimens from 35 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer, 30 benign epithelial ovarian tumors and 20 normal ovarian tissues by using the streptavidin-peroxidase (S-P) immunohistochemical techniques. Results The expression of cyclin D1 was highest in the epithelial ovarian cancers and was lowest in the normal ovarian tissues; while the expression of P27 appeared in a reverse way. There were significant differences in expression of cyclin D1 and P27 between epithelial ovarian cancers and benign epithelial ovarian tumors (P〈0.05), but there were no significant differences between benign epithelial ovarian tumors and the normal ovarian tissues (P〉0.05). The expression of cyclin D1 was negatively correlated with that of P27 (rs=-0.392, P〈0.05). Conclusion The overexpressed cyclin D1 protein and the downregulated P27 protein expression may be related to the occurance of the epithelial ovarian cancers.
