摘要
目的:探讨提高耳科门诊护士分诊工作的满意度。方法:从我科2008年1月-12月门诊听力障碍患者中抽取248例,采取随机发放自制调查表,一对一的交流,座谈。结果:通过了解患者的心理状态及需求,整改诊室和检查室的环境,提高护理人员的自身素质,提高了患者的满意度,减少了医患冲突的发生。结论:了解耳聋患者的心理状态,实施相应的护理对策对耳科门诊护士提高工作效率有很大的帮助。
Objective:To study otology outpatient triage nurse job satisfaction.Methods:From our department from January 2008 to December 2008 wer drawn out hearing 248 cases,made a random survey released,one to one communication,discussion.Results:By understanding the patient's psychological status and needs rectification consulting room and examination room environment,to improve their own quality of nursing staff,improved patient satisfaction,reduced patient conflicts.Conclusion:Understanding the psychological state of patients with hearing loss,to implement the corresponding measures on the otology outpatient care nurses to improve the efficiency of great help.
