摘要
目的探讨不同海拔高血压病患者血清瘦素(Leptin,Lep)、脂联素(adiponectin,Adp)含量变化。方法采用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法检测不同海拔的高血压病患者(高海拔高血压组n=40,中度海拔高血压组n=40)及正常对照组(高海拔对照组n=40,中度海拔对照组n=40)血清Lep、Adp的含量。结果不同海拔高血压组血清Lep含量均高于正常对照组(1.868±0.872)μg/L vs(1.064±0.372)μg/L,(1.395±0.750)μg/L vs(0.771±0.336)μg/L(P<0.01),高海拔高血压组血清Lep含量高于中度海拔高血压组(1.868±0.872)μg/L vs(1.395±0.750)μg/L(P<0.01),高海拔正常对照组血清Lep含量高于中度海拔正常对照组(1.064±0.372)μg/L vs(0.771±0.336)μg/L(P<0.05)。不同海拔高血压组血清Adp含量均低于正常对照组(2.272±0.718)mg/L vs(2.743±0.781)mg/L,(2.611±0.784)mg/L vs(3.186±0.734)mg/L(P<0.01),高海拔高血压组血清Adp含量低于中度海拔高血压组(2.272±0.718)mg/L vs(2.611±0.784)mg/L(P<0.05),高海拔正常对照组血清Adp含量低于中度海拔正常对照组(2.743±0.781)mg/L vs(3.186±0.734)mg/L(P<0.01)。结论不同海拔高血压病患者较正常人血清Lep含量增高、Adp含量下降;随着海拔的升高高血压病患者与正常人血清Lep含量增高、Adp含量下降。
Objective To discuss the changes and significance of serum leptin(Lep) and adiponectin(Adp) contents of hypertensive patients at different altitudes. Methods The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was adopted to detect serum Lep and Adp contents of hypertensive patients at different altitudes (high altitude hypertensive group, n = 40, medium altitude hypertensive group, n = 40) and normal control groups (high altitude control group, n =40,medium altitude control group, n =40). Results The serum Lep contents of the hypertensive groups at different altitudes were higher than those of normal control groups, (1. 868± 0. 872) μg/L vs (1. 064 ± 0. 372) μg/L( P 〈0.01) ,(1. 395±0. 750) μg/L vs (0. 771±0. 336) μg/L( P d0.01) ,the serum Lep content of the hypertensive group at high altitude was higher than that of the hypertensive group at medium altitude, (1. 868±0. 872) μg/L vs (1. 395±0. 750) μg/L( P 〈0.01) ,and the serum Lep content of the normal control group at high altitude was higher than that of the normal control group at the medium altitude,(1. 064±0. 372) μg/L vs (0. 771±0. 336) μg/L ( P 〈0.05). The serum Adp contents of the hypertensive group at different altitudes were lower than those of the normal control groups,(2.272±0.718) mg/L vs (2.743±0.781) mg/L(P 〈0.01),(2.611±0.784) mg/L vs (3. 186±0. 734) mg/L( P 〈0.01) ,the serum Adp content of the hypertensive group at high altitude was lower than that of the hypertension group at medium altitude,(2. 272±0. 718) mg/L vs (2. 611±0. 784) mg/L ( P 〈0.05) ,and the serum Adp content of the normal control group at high altitude was lower than that of the normal control group at the medium altitudes,(2.743±0.781) mg/L vs (3.186±0.734) mg/L ( P ±0.01). Conclusion The serum Lep content of the hypertensive patients increases and the Adp content decreases compared with those of normal people at different altitudes. W
