摘要
目的探讨CT对急性颅脑损伤的诊断及临床意义。方法对78例急性颅脑损伤患者进行CT扫描,并对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 78例患者进行CT扫面后显示,颅内血肿患者71例,软组织损伤患者7例。结论急性颅脑损伤患者及早、及时地进行CT检查,可对患者的病情进行诊断,并协助治疗,减少并发症,降低患者的死亡率。
Objective To investigate CT diagnosis of acute brain injury and its clinical significance. Mothods 78 eases of patients with acute head injury were clone CT scan,and the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results 78 patients for CT scanning revealed：71 cases of intracranial hematoma,sofi tissue injury in 7 patients. Conclusion Acute brain injury patients carry on CT early,timely,can diagnose a patient＇s condition and assist in the treatment anti reduce complications and mortality.
