摘要
在华德资企业的发展面临着诸多挑战,其中中外员工如何真正实现有效沟通尤为引人关注。对于这个具有实践意义的课题,跨文化交际学可以为研究者们供新颖的视角。透过对中德高低语境、强弱不确定性规避程度等文化维度的深层分析,在华德资企业管理者们可以结合企业内部交际实践情况挖掘沟通失误背后深层次的文化原因,进而走出沟通困境,达到双赢的局面。
Ambitious German-funded enterprises in China face a variety of challenges on their way of developing.Among these challenges,effective communication among staff with different cultural backgrounds has caused more and more concerns.This paper attempts to discuss profound cultural elements which affect communication practice in those enterprises,with the help of intercultural communication knowledge such as high/low-context culture,strong/weak uncertainty avoidance,etc.At the same time,we hold that adequate application of intercultural communication skills can lead the staff out of communication dilemma and reach the goal of win-win situation.
