摘要
利用筛选出的耐酸酒精酵母进行酒精发酵实验,用酒精废液代替清水配料,最佳发酵条件为:温度为30~33℃,酒母接种量为10%,发酵时间为64h,pH为自然,料水比1∶3。
The screened Acidproof-alcohol yeast was used in the experiments of alcohol fermentation. Alcohol wastewater was burdened to instead of water. The optimum conditions of fermentation were showed that temperature was 30-33℃,pH of the liquid was free,the quantity of the yeast was 10%,the time of fermentation was 48hr and the ratio of material to water was 1:3。
