摘要
近年来,在我国有采用预应力锚索混凝土衬砌隧洞的趋势。其原因有两个方面:一方面是由于压力隧洞的P×D值越来越大,另一方面是为了节省钢材,而且结构要满足耐久性的要求。对于有长期耐久性要求的现代工程结构来说,技术的改进和质量保证体系是密不可分的。为此,笔者对预应力锚索混凝土衬砌隧洞的基本问题进行了探讨,诸如设计标准、有粘结和无粘结锚索、混合配筋、钢材的长期抗腐蚀性能、隧洞的薄弱部位、灌浆的作用、衬砌混凝土及施工等,并提出一些改进意见。
Recently, there is a tendency to use pre-stressed anchorage-cable concrete to line tunnel. The main reasons are as follows: on the one hand, the value of P×D of pressure tunnel becomes higher and higher, on the other hand, it could save steel material and could meet the needs of the durability of structure. For a modern structure with the requirement of long durability, the technology improvement and quality control system are interdependent. For the above reasons, this paper iscusses the basic problems of pre-stressed anchorage-cable concrete for tunnel lining, such as, design standard, anchorage cable with bonded material and without bonded material, mixing pre-stressed cable and reinforcement, weakened portions of tunnel, grouting functions and construction control. Meanwhile, this paper also puts forward some improvement measures.
