摘要
目的：探讨神经阻滞联合加巴喷丁治疗带状疱疹后神经痛（PHN）的疗效。方法：22例PHN患者采用相应部位神经阻滞联合加巴喷丁治疗，共治疗四周。采用VAS评分评价患者治疗前后疼痛的程度。结果：治愈12例（54％），显效7例（32％），有效3例（14％）治疗有效率97．5％。治疗期间的副作用主要有：头晕乏力3例（14％），嗜睡2例（9％）。结论：神经阻滞联合加巴喷丁治疗PHN是安全有效的，且副作用少，不良反应轻。
Objective：After discusses the nerve to hinder to add Pakistan to spurt Ding treats the belt--shaped herpes, neuralgia jointly （PHN） curative effect. Method： 22 example PHN patient uses the corresponding spot nerve to hinder to add Pakistan to spurt Ding jointly to treat, altogether treats all around. Around uses the VAS grading to appraise the patient to treat the ache degree. Re- suits：Cures 12 examples （54%）, shows results 7 examples （32%）, the effective 3 examples （14%） treats effectiveness 97.5%. The treatment period＇s side effect mainly has： Dizziness feels weak 3 examples （14%）, is addicted to rests 2 examples （9%）. Con- clusions：The nerve hinders to add Pakistan to spurt Ding to treat PHN is jointly safe effective, and the side effect are few, the untoward effect is light.
