战略管理在企业经营中被广泛采用,并发挥了巨大作用,医院加强战略管理,有助于促进医院的发展。本文论述了制定医院战略规划的必要性,指出医院战略规划对医院在竞争中求得生存和发展的重要意义,详细阐述了制定医院战略管理的方法及具体实施步骤,概述了我院发展战略实施情况。
Strategy management is widely used in company operation, and played a significant role. It would promote hospital development, if hospital strengthened its strategy management. This article will discuss the necessity to formulate strategic planning, point out that hospital strategic planning is significant for hospital survival and development in competition, describe the methods of strategy formulating and the specific implementation procedure, and summarize the implementation situation of development strategy in Beijing Chaoyang Hospital.
