不同剂量布托啡诺治疗硬膜外麻醉后寒战的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 观察不同剂量布托啡诺治疗硬膜外麻醉后寒战的临床效果.方法 将45例出现硬膜外麻醉后寒战患者按随机数字表法分为A、B、C三组,每组各15例,分别静脉注射布托啡诺0.01、0.02、0.03 mg/kg,观察用药后控制寒战效果、警觉/镇静评分、不良反应等.结果 A、B、C组有效率分别为60.0%(9/15)、93.3%(14,15)和93.3%(14/15),B组和C组有效率显著高于A组(P〈0.01);A组和B组用药后5 min警觉/镇静评分显著高于C组(P〈0.05);C组不良反应发生率(46.7%,7/15)显著高于A组(0)和B组(0)(P〈0.01).结论 0.02 mg/kg布托啡诺静脉注射是治疗硬膜外麻醉后寒战的最佳剂量.
