致心律失常性右室心肌病的临床及心电图分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的 探讨致心律失常性右室心肌病（ARVC）的临床及心电图特点.方法 对诊断为ARVC的11例患者的临床及超声心动图、心电图等资料进行回顾性分析,并重点对心电图的改变进行研究总结.结果 11例经临床确诊的ARVC患者心电图均出现室性心律失常;5例合并房性心律失常;8例出现右束支阻滞和QRS波群时限≥110 ms及V1～V3导联T波倒置;7例肢体导联低电压;3例V1、V2导联可见Epsilon波.2例发生猝死,7例植入人工起搏器,2例长期药物维持.结论 心电图的特征性改变结合病史和超声心动图等检查结果,有助于诊断ARVC.
