摘要
近年来,行动研究日益成为教师培训和教师发展的一个重要途径,"北京市中小学骨干教师成长与行动研究"项目拟通过行动研究的方式引领骨干教师在教育教学、研究、管理实践领域不断自主发展。教师专业发展的研究与教师培训的有效性研究是密不可分的,对教师培训的效果进行评估、分析,有助于发挥其推动教师专业发展的作用。本文首先对"北京市中小学骨干教师成长与行动研究"项目的实施效果进行评估和分析,结果发现项目取得初步的直接效果和间接效果。在此基础上进一步反思行动研究对促进教师专业发展的作用。
Action research plays an essential role in teacher training and teacher development. The project on head teachers ' development of elementary and secondary schools in Beijing and action research aimed to promote head teachers' sustainable development in elementary and secondary schools. Research on teacher development is related to effective teacher training, thus the evaluation and analysis of teacher training will be helpful to its effectiveness on teacher development. The paper evaluates the effect of the project firstly, and the result shows there' re both direct and indirect effects of the project on head teachers' professional development. On the basis of the empirical evidence, the effects of action research on teacher development has been analyzed and discussed.
