摘要
论文分析了民办图书馆的发展模式,对现有相应的管理体制与法规进行对比分析,从问题中归纳了民办图书馆对制度环境的要求,最后提出民办图书馆制度安排的构想。
This paper analyses the developmental patterns of non-state-operated libraries, presents a striking contrast to the management system and statute in existence, sums up demands for institutional environment from problems. And then, it puts forward an idea about institutional construction of non-state-operated libraries.
