摘要
和谐道路交通是和谐社会的一个重要方面。在科学民主决策的基础上,依靠道路交通管理工作的三大支柱工程、教育和法规,充分调动社会各方面的力量,处理好人、车、路之间在时间和空间方面合理的关系,和谐道路交通一定能实现。
Harmonious traffic is one of the important aspects of harmonious society.On the basis of scientific and democratic decision,depending on the Three Supporting Project,education and statutes of traffic management,adequately using the power of society and properly dealing with the relationship between persons,cars,roads in time and space,the harmonious traffic would come true.
