该文首先介绍了EPC总承包管理模式的优点及其在上海川杨河桥工程建设中的运用。接着,就如何发挥EPC总承包单位的积极性,监理单位如何适应EPC管理模式,以及完善法律法规等问题予以探索。
The article firstly introduces the advantages of EPC general contract management mode and the its application in the construction Shanghai Chuanyang River Bridge Project,and then approaches to the problems of how to play enthusiasm of EPC general contract units,the supervision unit how to adapt EPC management mode and to perfect the law and regulations.
