摘要
目的:借助Excel实现网上交易系统与医院信息系统(HIS)间的药品信息传递。方法:建立药品编码匹配工作薄,利用ExcelVBA编程、自动筛选功能等设计药品编码匹配功能。结果与结论:将HIS采购信息复制到药品编码匹配工作薄中,可自动实现药品编码的匹配。将相关文件导入网上交易系统和HIS,即完成采购信息发布和入库信息输入工作,从而大大提高了工作效率。
OBJECTIVE： To transfer drug information between online commerce system and hospital information system by Excel.METHODS： The workbook of drug code matching was set up.The drug code matching function was designed using Excel VBA programming and auto-screening function,etc.RESULTS CONCLUSIONS： Drug codes were matched automatically after drug purchase information of hospital information system was replicated into the workbook of drug code matching.The publication of purchase information and input of storage information can be completed once related files are imported into online commerce system and hospital information system.Work efficiency is improved greatly.
