摘要
科学发展观作为一种理论体系,首先体现为一种理论形态,而在具体的社会实践中又必然呈现出诸多状态,是理论形态、观念形态、行为形态、政策形态和制度形态的统一体。只有对科学发展观五种形态有了明晰,才能深刻领会科学发展观的价值,将科学发展观真正落到实处。
Report to the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China point out： the Scientific Outlook on Development takes development as its essence,putting people first as its core,comprehensive,balanced and sustainable development as its basic requirement,and overall consideration as its fundamental approach.As a theory system,The Scientific Outlook on Development represents as a kind of theory form first,but in social practice,it represents as a variety of patterns and is a integration of theory,conception,behavior,policy and system.To understand the value of the Scientific Outlook on Development profoundly and thoroughly apply the Scientific Outlook on Development,we must understand the five patterns of the Scientific Outlook on development.
