摘要
目的评价切开复位可吸收肋骨钉治疗完全错位大龄儿童中段锁骨骨折的效果。方法2007年1月～2009年1月对6例完全错位的大龄儿童中段锁骨骨折,采用锁骨前方入路切开复位,可吸收肋骨钉固定,术后三角巾悬吊4周。结果6例患儿锁骨骨折全部愈合,骨性愈合时间4周,功能良好。6例随访6～26个月,平均10个月,未发生骨折延迟愈合、不愈合、伤口下积液、术后断裂再移位等并发症。结论切开复位可吸收肋骨钉治疗完全错位大龄儿童中段锁骨骨折,无人体不良反应,可免除患者二次手术痛苦,疗效满意,是治疗大龄儿童中段锁骨骨折的一种较好方法。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of clavicular fracture treated with open reduction and fixation by absorbable rib-connecting-pins in elder children.Methods Totally 6 cases of total dexo-clavicular fracture were treated by open reduction and fixation with absorbable rib-connecting-pins from January 2007 to January 2009.The average age of the patients was 13 years（10 to 16 years）.After the surgery,triangular bandage was used for 4 weeks for immobilization.Results In all the patients,the fracture was healed in four weeks.The patients were followed up for a mean of 10 months（range,6-26 months）.During the period,no delayed healing,nonunion,or fluid accumulation occurred.Conclusions Internal fixation by using absorbable rib-connecting-pins is a good choice for midshaft clavicular fracture in elder children because of satisfying outcomes without advert reactions.
