摘要
目的 定量评价A型肉毒毒素对眉的提升作用.方法 对30例眉下垂患者进行A型肉毒毒索治疗,与切眉术12例患者（对照组）进行比较,并应用Angel软件进行手术前后的定量测量评价.结果 本组30例患者经术后1、6、9个月时随访,疗效维持,平均眉提升2.3 mm;对照组术后上睑皱褶线平均提升2.7 mm,对眉提升无明显的效果.结论 对平均年龄42.5岁的患者采用A型肉毒毒素的治疗,在9个月内能有效提升眉毛,重复治疗依然有效,是一种值得推广的微创技术.
Objective To quantitatively evaluate the effect of botulinum toxin type A on brow lift. Methods Thirty cases with eyebrow ptosis were treated with botulinum toxin type A, and then its results were compared with those results from the patients who were performed the operation of cutting eyebrow. To quantita- tively measure and analyze the preoperative and postoperative data with Angel software. Results All cases were followed up at 1 month, 6 months and 9 months respectively, the average length of brow lifting was 2.3 ram. Conclusion Patients with average age of 42.5 years old were treated with botulinum toxin type A, the effect lasted for 9 months and it would be still effective if reoperated. The mierosurgery technology is worth spreading in clinic.
