There xeist many problems in the farm produce distribution system of Shanghai, e. g.wholesale market being set disorderly, market function being imperfectly, dealing behaviorbeing irregularly, price being unfair, and competitive mechanic as well as market regulationbeing discompletely. As thc economic development in the new period, it is necessary inShanghai to establish a united, opening, regular, fair and orderly farm produce distributionsystem.
