摘要
矿难救援史上的奇迹，随之而来的115名获救矿工的医疗救援工作继续书写辉煌……奇迹和辉煌的背后有许多经验值得总结，因为这种空前的事件未必就能绝后，总结经验是为了更好地防患于未然。笔者作为卫生部抽调的首批专家将自己的亲身感受和所见所闻做了全面的总结，从矿难的分类与特点、透水事故伤害因素、医疗救援基本原则、有关诊疗的具体问题、典型病例分析处理等方面论述了参与救治的经历与体会。
Rescue of remarkable ＂3 · 28 ＂ Wangjialing coal mine flooding accident works miracles, and 115 survivals are successfully rescued. We sum up the valuable experience of medical rescue in order to take the preeantions against the disaster ineluding classification and characteristics of mine, damage factors of flooding accident, basic principles of medical rescue, the analysis of typical case.
