摘要
缺乏共识、缺失标准和有失公平是当前我国中小学校教育质量评价面临的三大困境。借鉴国外经验,建立以学生学业成就评价为基础、目标分层、多级评价、多元参与的评价机制,并以对学生发展的增值作用作为评价标准,是进一步改革和完善我国中小学校教育质量评价的努力方向。
Being short of consensus, being absent of standard and lacking equity are the three predicaments that educational quality evaluation is facing in primary and secondary schools in China. To learn from the foreign experiences, establish the evaluation mechanism on the basis of students" academic performance, objective delamination, multi-evaluation and multi-participation, and take the role of value-added of student development as the evaluation standard, are the direction to further reform and perfect educational quality evaluation in primary and secondary schools in China.
