摘要 目的探讨饮食干预对老年低钾血症患者血钾浓度的影响。方法采用前瞻性随机对照研究,将40例住院治疗的老年低钾血症患者随机均分为2组,即饮食干预观察组和对照组。对照组行常规治疗和护理,观察组在此基础上加以系统化的饮食干预。采用血生化分析仪检测患者人院当日、入院后第4天、1周、2周的血清钾浓度,采用SPSS13.0统计软件比较组间差异。结果观察组与对照组平均血钾浓度在人院当日及第4天差异无统计学意义,在第1周及第2周观察组高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论系统化的饮食干预有助于老年低钾血症患者血清钾浓度的恢复。 Objective To study the effects of dietary intervention on serum potassium concentration in elderly patients with hypokalemia. Methods Prospective random control study methods were used in this study. Forty elderly inpatients with hypokalemia were divided into control and study groups randomly. The control group received conventional therapy and nursing while based on that the study group received systematic diet intervention. The serum potassium concentration of the patients were tested on the first, fourth, seventh and fourteenth admission day. The data were analyzed by SPSS 13. 0 software. Results There were no significant different in serum potassium concentration between the f'rrst day and fourth day. However, serum potassium concentration in control group is higher than study group in the seventh day and fourteenth day. Condusions Systematized diet intervention could improve serum potassium concentration in elderly patients with hypokalemia.
