摘要
金融危机具有两种可能性:一是潜在的可能性,二是现实的可能性,这两种可能性都由经济过程内在的矛盾所决定,但可能性不等于现实性。金融危机由潜在可能性转化为现实可能性再转化为现实性,不仅是经济过程内在矛盾深化发展的结果,而且还是一定环境条件的产物。为避免金融风险,减少损失,必须密切关注经济社会发展动向,预测未来发展趋势,采取切实有效措施,防患于未然。
Financial crisis bears two possibilities:one is potential possibility and the other is realistic possibility. And these two possibilities are both determined by inner contradiction of economic developing process. As we know, possibility is not the same as reality. Financial crisis may transform from potential possibility to realistic possibility to reality, which is not only the result of inner contradiction of economic developing process, but also the outcome of certain circumstances. We must keep close attention to social development trend and try to forecast future development trend, then take preventive and effective measures accordingly to diminish financial risk and potential loss.
