摘要
通过对汽车塑料闸瓦钢背的弯曲模的研究分析,设计了一副新颖而适用的弯曲模具。详细地阐述了模具成型、零件及模具主要零部件的设计过程、重要零件的工艺参数的选择与计算,并对装配、试模做了简要介绍。实践结果表明:设计采用的一次成型的转轴式压弯模,比传统的模具提高了生产效率,满足了产品加工和质量要求。
A new and suitable bending die for plastic brake shoe steel back of an automotive was designed. The die molding, parts and design process of the main parts of the die, as well as the selection and ealeulation of the technological parameters of the main parts, are described in detail. The assembling and testing for the die are also introduced briefly. The results show that this shaft-type bending die which can realize one -time forming is more efficient than the traditional one and can meet the need for production and quality.
