摘要
报告1例表皮松解性棘皮瘤。患者女,44岁。外阴丘疹缓慢增大伴瘙痒2个月余。系统检查无异常。皮损组织病理检查示表皮角化过度,棘层肥厚,表皮局灶性颗粒变性。诊断为表皮松解性棘皮瘤。手术切除皮损。
A case of epidermolytic acanthoma is reported in the greater lip of vulva of a 44-year-old female patient. She was successfully treated with excision. Epidermolytic acanthoma is an uncommon benign tumor mainly characterized by a prominent epidermolytic degeneration of the keratinocytes of the upper stratum spinosum and stratum granulosum.
