摘要
对湿法脱硫系统吸收塔入口区域的腐蚀环境进行了定量研究,方法是对入口沉积物进行取样分析,验证C l-、F-、SO42-和pH值的情况;针对目前入口区域应用的防腐材料C276价格较为昂贵的问题,通过试验及与C276合金化学成分的对比,分析了7M o合金应用的可能性,并介绍了2种非金属防腐方案的应用情况。最后得出结论:吸收塔入口区域的腐蚀介质的质量浓度很高,而pH值较低;采用金属材料时,烟道底部有沉积物的区域应采用C276合金,而侧壁和顶部无沉积物的区域可考虑采用其他合金材料;在保证工程质量的前提下,在吸收塔入口区域应用非金属的防腐涂层也是可行的。
The corrosion environment at the absorber inlet of wet desulfurization system is studied quantificationally. The circumstances of CL^- , F^- , SO4^2- and pH value are verified by sampling and analyzing sediment at the inlet. In view of the costly anti-corrosion material C276 currently used at the inlet, the possibility of applying 7Mo alloy is analyzed based on testing and chemical composition comparison with C276 alloy. The applications of two nonmetallic anti-corrosion schemes are described. It is concluded that the mass concentration of corrosive media at the absorber inlet is very high, while the pH value is low; when adopting metallic material, C276 alloy should be used for flue bottom area where there is sediment, while other alloy material may be used for sediment-free areas at the sidewall and the top; on the premise of ensuring engineering quality, nonmetallic anti- corrosion coating is also feasible for the inlet area of absorber.
