摘要
针对坪石电厂第三期工程2×300MW机组投产接入粤北电磁环网后导致电力送出问题加重及电网稳定性变差的问题,结合稳定计算研究,分析了粤北电网原有的稳定控制策略在新的电网结构下改造的必要性;在综合分析对稳定控制策略产生影响的各种因素基础上,给出了稳定控制系统改造的控制新策略;实践证明,稳定控制系统改造后粤北电网的稳定性提高,丰水期窝电问题得到缓解。
The power sending-out problem became more prominent and the power grid stability poorer after the two 300 MW units in Phase III of Pingshi Power Plant were connected to electromagnetic looped network in north Guangdong. Combined with stability computation and research, the necessity of transforming original stability control strategy in northern Guangdong power grid under new power grid structure is analyzed. New control strategy is offered upon comprehensive analysis of various factors affecting stability control strategy. It is verified in practice that after the transformation of stability control system, the stability of northern Guangdong power grid is improved and the power sending-out problem during wet season alleviated.
