摘要
我国经修订的新的2010年船舶安全检查规则现已开始实施。本文简评新的船舶安检规则的特点,讨论其与98规则比较有哪些变化,并对该规则的一些存疑进行相关的研讨。
The newly amended Ship Safety Inspection Rules,2010,of China have come into effect.This paper makes a brief comment on the characteristics of the newly amended Rules and studies their changes by comparison with the 1998 Rules.Relevant discussions are also made on the challenges to the new Rules.
