摘要
对MPS212中速磨煤机分离器齿轮箱进粉原因进行了分析,认为磨煤机的下架体密封环、磨辊密封、拉杆密封、分离器密封以及6台给煤机密封等多处密封不严,落煤管与分离器中心筒之间、锥斗与分离器中心筒之间大于规定的间隙,分离器油池密封端盖与旋转轴架之间的密封圈、旋转轴架与驱动装置壳体之间的密封圈压实不严、卷边等导致该磨煤机分离器齿轮箱进粉。通过在落煤管与分离器中心筒之间以及锥斗与分离器中心筒之间的间隙处增加密封环,改造分离器齿轮箱密封风管路并更换旋转轴架处密封的方法,使问题得以解决。
The causes of pulverized coal entering into the gear box of classifier in MPS212 medium speed coal pulverizer have been analysed. It is believed from analysis that the main causes are as follows, untight seal at sealing ring under lower frame of the classifier,at sealing place of mill rollers,at sealing place of pull rod, and at sealing place of six coal feeders;the gap between coal- dropping pipe and central barrel in the classifier, and between conical hopper and central barrel in the classifier is greater than that of the specified ones; the sealing washer between sealing end cover of classifier＇s oil basin and rotational pedestal body, and sealing washer between the rotational pedestal body and the case body of driving mechanism are un -tightly pressed,and being crimped etc.. Through adding seal -ring between the coal -dropping pipe and the central barrel in classifier, as well as between the conical hop- per and the central barrel in classifier, retrofitting the pipeline of sealing air for gear box of the classifier,and replacing the sealing method of rotational pedestal body, the above - mentioned problems all have been solved.
