摘要
在研究高速飞梭刺绣控制功能需求的基础上,提出了基于运动控制器和以太网的开放式数控系统体系结构,其上位机采用通用的工业计算机,下位机采用高性能运动控制器.研究了高速飞梭刺绣机布框运动速度规划和主轴转速算法,运用最优控制算法对布框最短运动时间进行求解,同时规划出布框运动的速度曲线,据此提出一种新的主轴转速算法.仿真结果表明提出的算法可以有效提高主轴转速和刺绣效率.
The control requirement for high speed shuttle embroidery machine was studied. Motion controller and ethernet-based open architecture system was proposed. Host computer using a common industrial computer, the next-bit machine using high-performance motion controller. High-speed shuttle embroidery machine fabric frame velocity algorithm for the planning and spindle speed was studied. The velocity planning of shuttle embroidery's frame and the spindle speed arithmetic were researched. Then the time-optimal control principle was proposed to scheme the frame velocity curve and the minimum movement time. Therefore,a new algorithm for spindle speed was given. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively improve the efficiency of spindle speed and embroidery.
