涡旋真空泵是一种新型的无油机械泵，它具有结构简单、密封性能好、极限真空高（可达５×１０－１Ｐａ）等优点。作为一种高新技术产品，它不易仿制，应用前景广阔。目前在国外，仅有少数几个公司有产品问世。
Dry scroll vacuum pump (DSVP) is a new type oil free mechanical pump .It offers a number of significant advantages ,i.e.mechanical simplification,good seal characteristic ,lower ultimate pressure (≤5×10 -1 Pa).As a highly technical product ,it isn′t easy to copy and will be applied widely in future .The products are made in only a few corporations overeas.
