摘要
信息不对称是经济发展中不可避免的现象,由此衍生出的一系列问题导致了中小企业的信用缺失。分析了非对称信息下中小企业信用问题的原因,并针对这些问题提出一些对策,以树立中小企业重信用的良好形象。通过合理假设,建立了非合作博弈模型;通过建立交易双方的收益矩阵,用直观的函数式分析了影响中小企业失信的影响因素。最终为改善非对称信息环境下中小企业的信用问题提供理论支撑,从而更好的保障中小企业的生产经营乃至国民经济的健康发展。
Information asymmetry is an inevitable phenomenon of economic development,and a series of problems deriving from it leads to the lack of credibility of small and medium enterprises(SMEs).This paper analyses the reasons which cause the problems of the SMEs’credit under the asymmetric information,puts forward some measures to address these issues in order to re-establish a good image of trust-worthy SMEs.Through reasonable assuming,a non-cooperative game model is established.By establishing the revenue matrix of two parties,the influencing factors affecting SMEs are analyzed with intuitive function.In the end,theoretical supports are proposed to improve the credit problems of SMEs so as to ensure the production and operation of SMEs,and even the healthy development of the national economy.
