摘要
影响高强瓦楞原纸环压强度的因素主要有纤维原料、打浆度和pH值、纸页成形、压榨及干燥、化学品添加以及环境气候等。选择适宜的浆料配比,把好原料质量关,提高打浆浓度,控制纸页成形质量,保证浆速稍大于网速,采用大辊径和宽压区压榨,控制纸板紧度在0.70~0.77g/cm3之间,合理使用化学助剂,增加表面施胶,是提高高强瓦楞原纸环压强度的关键措施。
The main factors that influence ring pressure strength of high density corrugated based paper are fiber materials,beating degree,pH value,sheet formation,press as well as dryness,chemical additions and ambient climate,etc. The methods which increase ring pressure strength of the high density corrugated based paper are to select appropriate pulp proportions,control pulp quality,increase beating concentrate,monitor sheet formation quality,keep the pulp speed a little bit faster than cylinder speed,use large diameter roll and wide nip,control board density between 0.70-0.77 g/cm^3,reasonably use chemical additives and increase surface sizing.
