摘要
微生物与植物器官或细胞、植物器官与细胞等共培养是近来发展起来的一种新的提高植物次级代谢产物生产能力的体外培养技术。概述了共培养影响植物次级代谢产物生产的研究成果,展望了这种技术的应用前景。
Co-culture of two species, including microbes and some plant cell/tissues or organs is one novel approach to overproduce secondary metabolites. The research results of co-euhure effects on plant secondary metabolite production were outlined and the prospects of this technology were predicted.
