摘要
针对高职工科人才培养目标和高职教育的自身特点，笔者尝试通过营造良好的教学氛围，创建积极的课堂环境，使高职学生能够成为自主的学习者，以适应现代企业对高素质技能型人才的要求。
Aiming at higher vocational talents training target and its own characteristics, the author attempts to create active environment in classroom through making good teaching atmosphere. The purpose is to teach higher vocational students to become independent learners so as to adapt to the requirement for high- quality skilled talents form the modern enterprises.
