摘要
目的 评价中药口服加灌肠治疗放射性直肠炎的临床疗效.方法 将200例放射性直肠炎患者完全随机分为3组：中医组、中西医结合组和西医组.中医组以中药加水煎煮2次,共取250 ml,早晚各服100 ml,余下50 ml加温至38℃～40℃于晚间睡前嘱患者排空大便予以保留灌肠,每晚1次,10 d为1个疗程,连用2个疗程.西医组予抗生素静脉滴注,同时予2%普鲁卡因40 ml,庆大霉素8万U,地塞米松5 mg,蒙脱石散剂3 g,生理盐水10 ml保留灌肠,每晚1次,10 d为1个疗程,连用2个疗程.中西医结合组予以上中药早晚口服,同时给予西药（所用西药同西药组）保留灌肠,1次/d,10 d为1个疗程,连用2个疗程.观察3组治疗10、20 d后疗效及治疗后20 d直肠镜检情况.结果 中医组有效率（直肠溃疡消失和缩小者所占比例）为95.0%,优于中西医结合组及西医组（分别为88.3%与67.5%）.治疗后10、20 d中医组进食情况、睡眠状况、精神状况较其他组明显改善,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01或P＜0.05）.结论 中药口服加灌肠能有效改善放射性直肠炎症状,且无明显不良反应,无复发.
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of chinese medicine （by oral and enema） treatment on radioactive reetitis.Methods Two hundred eases with radioactive proetitis were randomized divided into three groups.Traditional Chinese group were given oral traditional Chinese medicine and enema for giving medicine.Western medicine group were given Intravenous antibiotics and 10 ml saline enema, once per night.Integrative medicine were given traditional Chinese medicine.After treatment, the microscopic effects and rectal conditions of three groups were observed.Results The efficiency in the traditional Chinese medicine group（95.0%） were better than the other two groups[integrative medicine was 88.3%, western medicine group was 67.5%].After treatment swallowing, sleep, mental state in traditional Chinise group was improved better than that of other groups.Conclusion Chinese medicine can improve the symptoms of radioactive rectitis.
