IFN-γ对孕期胚胎神经干细胞分化的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨感染因子IFN-γ对胎鼠神经系统分化的影响。方法利用IFN-γ(浓度0U/mL,20U/mL,200U/mL,2000U/mL)对大鼠体外培养的胚胎16d的神经干细胞进行刺激,观察神经干细胞生长状态和分化格局的变化。结果中等浓度的IFN-γ(200U/mL)能够促进神经干细胞的分化,使得神经干细胞向神经元和少突胶质细胞分化增加,而向星形胶质细胞的分化降低。结论严重的炎症反应会通过释放大量IFN-γ改变神经干细胞的生长和分化状态。IFN-γ能够改变神经干细胞正常发育的时间格局,从而可能对新生儿智力发育造成不利影响。
