摘要
介绍了物流成本构成及目前我国企业物流成本管理存在的问题,并运用案例探讨如何进行物流成本构成形态分析,借助"80/20法则"找出影响各物流成本的关键因子,进而有针对性地采取降低物流成本的对策。
The paper introduces the constitution of logistics cost and the existing problems in logistics cost management by Chinese enterprises. It then analyzes the logistics cost constituents through a case study and, with the help of the ＂80120＂ rule, identifies the key factors influencing the cost constituents, which enables the drawing of more clear-target countermeasures.
