摘要
通过对烟草配送中心现状进行SWOT分析,针对其现代物流技术的应用优势与面临国内外烟草及替代品的竞争压力,结合敏捷供应链的动态性与集成性特点提出多元化发展战略,构建烟草配送中心实施多元化发展的敏捷供应链模型,提出相关有效措施,增强了烟草配送中心的竞争力。
Through performing SWOT analysis on the status quo of tobacco distribution centers, and in view of the applicational advantages of modern logistics technologies and the competition pressure from both abroad and at home of tobacco and tobacco substitute industry, the paper proposes the diversified development strateg3, of ＂Tobacco Monopoly of More than Tobacco＂ and, taking into consideration the dynamics and integratedness of agile supply chains, constructs the agile supply chain model for the implementation of diversified development of tobacco distribution centers and gives the corresponding measures to sharpen their competitive edges.
