摘要
将COPET与PET(或PA6)以(30~35)/(70~65)的比率在复合纺丝机上纺丝,可以制得物理机械性能优良和加工性能优良的海岛型双组分短纤维。从切片含水量、纺丝切片、纺丝复合比、纺丝温度、冷却成形条件、拉伸倍数和拉伸比率、拉伸温度和油浴油剂浓度、卷曲和松弛热定型过程的控制等方面,分析了海岛型双组分短纤维的生产工艺和品质。
Sea-island bicomponent staple with excellent mechanical properties and processability can be produced on the composite spinning machine,with the mass ratio of COPET to PET(PA6) is(30~35)/(70~65).The production process and quality of sea-island bicomponent fiber is analysed from the aspects such as the water-in-chip,the spinning chip and spinning compound ratio,the spinning temperature,the cooling shaping condition,the drawing ratio and drawing temperature,the oil bath finish concentration,the controling of crimp and relaxation heat setting process.
