摘要
选用30头经直肠检查确认均已妊娠的健康黑白花母牛,分为5组,4组为处理组,1组为对照组.处理组分别添加4种Se添加剂为奥特奇公司的高Se酵母(Sel-Plex50)、有机Se无机Se混合物(70%Sel-Pex50加30%亚硒酸钠)、Se氨基酸络合物以及亚硒酸钠.整个饲喂实验持续了168d.在试验的第40、70,125d分别对血中的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)的活性、血清中丙二醛(MDA)的含量作系统检测.结果表明,乳牛日粮中添加3mgSe可明显地增加GSH-Px、SOD活性,并降低血清中MDA的含量.比较起来,高Se酵母对改善奶牛机体的抗氧化能力要比无机Se好.
Thirty healthy Holstein-Friesian dairy cows were used for this experiment. They were all pregnant as confirmed by rectal palpation and divided into 5 groups, of which 4 were set as treatment groups and the rest as control. 4 kinds of selenium (Sc) additives, namely, Alltech's Se-enriched yeast (Sel-Plex 50),mixture of organic and inorganic Se (70% Sel-Pel 50+30% Na selenite), inorganie Se and Se-amino acid complex compound and Na selenite were compared. The whole feeding experiment lasted for 168 days.Glutathione-peroxidase(GSH-Px) activity of the whole blood, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity of red blood cell, malondialdehyde(MDA) content in serum were systematically examined at 40, 70, 125 day after the begining of the experiment of Se supplementation. The results showed that addition of 3 mg Se to the dairy c0w's diet can apparently increase GSH-Px and SOD activities and decrease the MDA content in serum.In comparision, adding Sel-Plex 50 was preferable to adding inorganic Se if the antioxidation capacity in cow's body need to be improved.
