摘要
社会转型是加快推进以改善民生为重点的社会建设的历史大背景。宏观视域下转型期中国社会建设主要包括四个方面的特征,即综合性、倾向性、社会性和长期性。此外,转型期中国社会建设还具有发展的不平衡性、冲突的利益性、时代的叠加性、信息的同步性等基本或趋势性特征。
Social transformation is the historical background in accelerate advancing social construction which focuses on improving people＇s livelihood.Under the macro view,Chinese social construction in transition period mainly includes four characteristics：comprehensiveness,tendentiousness,sociality and the protracted nature.In addition,it also has some other characteristics such as unbalanced development,interest conflict,superposition of the times,and the synchronization of information and so on.
