摘要
图书馆员的素质,是高校图书馆现代化发展的关键,提高馆员的素质,是图书馆适应新时期要求的决定性因素。鉴于此,对新时期图书馆员应具备的素质进行了探讨并就提高馆员素质必要性、馆员素质的主要内容及提高馆员素质途径进行了阐述。
The quality of the library staff is the key to university library modern development.Improving librarian quality is a decisive factor for the library to adapt to new era demands.In view of this,the quality that the new era librarians should possess are discussed.And the necessity to improve librarian quality,librarian quality content and how to improve librarian quality are discussed.
