摘要
以10年生大五星枇杷为试材,调查了不同发育状态花果受冻情况,测定其SOD活性、Pro含量、CAT活性及相对电导率。结果表明:枇杷未开放花对冻害的抵抗力最强,其他发育状态花果的抗冻强弱依次为正开放的花>花瓣脱落、花萼未合拢的花>花瓣脱落、花萼合拢的花>横径小于或等于1.0cm的幼果>横径大于1.0cm的幼果。枇杷花果对冻害的抵抗力与其SOD活性、CAT活性、Pro含量以及相对电导率密切相关。花果的SOD活性、CAT活性和Pro含量越高,其冻害抵抗力越强,冻害指数越低;组织细胞相对电导率越高,冻害抵抗力越弱,冻害指数越高。
Ten-year-old Dawuxing loquat trees were used to investigate the relative resistance of flowers and fruit to frost stress. SOD activity, Pro content, CAT activity and relative electric conductivity were measured. The results showed that the flower buds had the strongest resistance to frost, followed by opening flowers, flowers with petal-fallen but calyx open, flowers with petal-fallen and calyx closed up, young fruit (diameter≤l. 0 cm), young fruit (diameter)1. 0 cm). Frost resist ance of Loquat flowers and fruit was closely related to their SOD activity, CAT activity, Pro content and the relative electrical conductivity. The higher the SOD activity, the CAT activity and the Pro content, the stronger the frost resistance and the lower the frost index. The higher the relative conductivity of the tissues, the weaker the frost resistance and the higher the frost index.
